These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement" or "the T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Duel7 ("Duel7", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://duel7.cam and all associated services, content, features and tools made available through the platform.

By accessing the Duel7 platform, creating an account, making a deposit or engaging in any gaming or wagering activity, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and, where applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Duel7, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Age alone does not render gambling lawful in Pakistan.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not in active treatment for, a gambling addiction or related disorder that would render your participation harmful.
• You have not previously had an account on the Platform suspended or permanently closed by the Operator for breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with this Operator or any related platform.
• You are acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity and not for the purpose of extracting commercially advantageous information or testing gaming systems.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete personal information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.

4.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Operator reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances without prior notice.

4.2 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at the Operator's discretion at any other time, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting one or more of the following documents: a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), passport, utility bill dated within the last three months or such other documentation as the Operator may reasonably request.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.4 Accurate Information. All information provided at registration and during subsequent KYC processes must be truthful and verifiable. The Operator reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time and to suspend accounts where information cannot be verified.

Subject to full compliance with these Terms, registered and verified Account Holders may use the Platform for the following purposes:

• Participating in sports betting markets including — but not limited to — Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournament fixtures, international football and UFC events, where available.
• Accessing live casino game tables, slot gaming machines, live dealer tables and other gaming products made available by the Operator from time to time.
• Reading and utilizing informational content, bonus guides, betting glossaries, responsible gambling resources and educational material published on the Platform.
• Managing account settings including deposit limits, withdrawal requests and self-exclusion preferences.
• Communicating with the Operator's customer support team through approved channels for legitimate account-related queries.

Use of the Platform is permitted for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. Any systematic extraction, scraping or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

The following actions are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, use of bots or automated betting software, or any other form of cheating or fraud.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such activity will be voided.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting other individuals in circumventing the one-account-per-user policy.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that facilitates financial crime.
• Attempting to access, modify or interfere with any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure, source code or database.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing conduct toward other users or support staff.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction and misrepresenting your location to circumvent access restrictions.

7.1 Deposit Methods. The Platform may support deposits via locally recognized payment channels. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other payment providers on this Platform are made as contextual references only. Their mention does not constitute endorsement, guaranteed availability or any formal affiliation with this Operator. Actual available deposit methods are displayed within your account cashier at time of transaction.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as maximum daily or weekly limits, are set by the Operator and displayed within the cashier section. Illustrative example: a minimum deposit of PKR 1,000 and a maximum daily withdrawal of PKR 1,00,000 — exact figures are subject to the Operator's current published schedule.

7.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) full completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses; (c) confirmation that the withdrawal method name matches the verified account name; and (d) account standing in good order with no pending investigations or restriction flags.

7.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times are determined by the Operator and the payment provider. The Platform does not guarantee specific processing timescales. Users experiencing delays beyond the Operator's published estimates should contact support directly.

7.5 Currency. Account balances are displayed and transactions are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless the Operator's current configuration specifies otherwise. Currency conversion, where applicable, is subject to the Operator's current exchange rate schedule.

8.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and tournament prizes, are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. Where those terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 welcome bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. Actual requirements are specified in the relevant promotion terms.

8.3 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus. While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is specified in the bonus terms. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

8.4 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Game contribution rates are published in individual bonus terms.

8.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses and associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms (typically 7, 14 or 30 calendar days from issuance). Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are automatically forfeited.

8.6 Sticky Bonuses. Where a bonus is designated as "sticky" or "phantom", the bonus principal is removed from the account at the point of withdrawal — only net winnings above the original bonus amount are paid out. Users are advised to confirm the bonus type before claiming.

8.7 Abuse of Promotions. The Operator reserves the right to withhold, void or recover any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, multi-accounting, use of arbitrage strategies or any other conduct that exploits the promotion in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.

Duel7 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy. The following tools and obligations apply to all Account Holders:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and reductions are applied at once; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: You may configure maximum loss thresholds per session or per defined period. The Platform will restrict further play once the limit is reached.
• Time Limits & Session Reminders: Session duration alerts are available to help you monitor and control the time you spend gambling.
• Reality Checks: At configurable intervals, the Platform may display a summary of your session duration and net gaming position.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary suspension (cooling-off period) or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within the timeframe specified in the Operator's responsible gambling policy.
• No Chasing Losses: It is strictly contrary to responsible gambling principles to increase wager sizes in an attempt to recover previous losses. If you find yourself doing this, please stop and seek support.

All content published on the Duel7 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, source code, data compilations and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit: (a) reproduction or distribution of Platform content; (b) modification, adaptation or creation of derivative works; (c) reverse engineering of any software component; or (d) use of any Duel7 brand asset without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of Duel7 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Duel7 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including — without limitation — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, gaming losses, interruption of service or technical errors.

11.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Operator takes reasonable steps to maintain service continuity and accuracy of published information, no warranty — express or implied — is given that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from malicious software.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.4 Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from such access.

12.1 By the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where: (a) the user has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, criminal or suspicious activity is detected; (c) the user is found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (d) KYC verification cannot be completed to the Operator's satisfaction; or (e) the Operator is required to do so by applicable law, court order or regulatory direction.

12.2 By the User. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests that comply with these Terms will be processed following account closure. Bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Operator or the user — these Terms remain in effect with respect to any obligations, liabilities and rights that accrued prior to the date of closure.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Operator will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming or information-service license, to the exclusion of any conflict-of-laws principles that would require application of the law of any other jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, unless an alternative dispute-resolution mechanism is specified in a supplementary agreement.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
